About me
Zahidul Khan has been working at IBM Toronto Software Lab as software developer since 2000. He started working as DB2 Support Analyst and assisting customers with problem analysis and troubleshooting in all areas of DB2 LUW. For the last 14 years he is working in SAP DB2 Integration and Support team helping customers with there SAP db6 incidents, and also do certification testing for IBM DB2 LUW with SAP NetWeaver. He also works as lab advocate for large customers. He posses an engineering degree from BUET, Bangladesh, and a diploma in computer programming and system analysis from Toronto, Canada.
