About me
Ramon Menendez is a Principal Solution Engineer from BMC Software in Spain, specialized in the DB2 family of products. Started in IT as a QUEL developer and INGRES administrator. He worked for several years for IBM with DB2, mainly in competitive analysis, implementation and performance evaluation projects, before joining BMC in 1996 as a Software Consultant. He has presented at IDUG, SQLAdria, SpDUG, GSE, BMC Technical conferences, BMC Mainframe Days and DB2 user groups. He also runs a series of Webinars in Spanish and hosted GSE Db2 users group virtual meetings during the pandemic.
