About me
Frances is a Senior Technical Staff Member with IBM Silicon Valley Lab, where she leads the data manager development team for Db2 for z/OS. She joined Db2 for z/OS development in year 2000 and has been leading several critical core functional areas within the product such as Online Schema, database data structure management, insert performance improvement, LOBs and Real Time Statistics. She has wide technical knowledges and experiences working with customers, also a speaker in various of technical conferences.
